You are welcomed into a hall with stairs leading to the first floor. Off the hall there is a large sitting room with views over the front garden and Meare beyond, dining room enjoying similar views, kitchen with utility and 2 ground floor bedrooms (1 with en suite). On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room, 2 further double/twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, the property enjoys private parking to the rear and an attractive lawned south facing front garden.

All prices for this Suffolk cottage by the sea include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity.

Sanctuary House is equipped with gas central heating. Appliances include a flat screen television and wood burning stove in the living room and DVD player. In the kitchen there is a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. In the Utility room there is a washing machine and extra drinks fridge. Wifi is available and there's a brick BBQ for outside dining.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request at time of booking.
Sorry, no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers or unaccompanied children are permitted at this property.

Sanctuary House only accepts bookings from family groups, which excludes both single sex party bookings and young mixed groups. No unaccompanied teenagers or unaccompanied children. Tents may not be used as sleeping accommodation.

A well-behaved dog can be accommodated on request at the time of booking, must be restricted to the ground floor and is subject to our terms and conditions.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
