Reception rooms in the main house are spacious and give ample room for all 20 guests to socialise or enjoy a degree of privacy. The adjacent stables and grain store behind the house have been renovated to an extremely high standard to provide two detached properties plus a wonderful games room which has been incredibly well equipped (including cloakroom and drinks fridge) to keep guests of all ages entertained come rain or shine!
Reydon Grove House, just ten minutes from the popular seaside town of Southwold, is set well back from the road with turning sweep giving ample parking with a paddock to the front. Fig Tree Cottage, originally the stable, is single storey accommodation with light and airy living space combining an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area – a great space to socialise at any time of year with doors opening to the garden and the the south facing sitting area at the front, encouraging you to relax and make the most of indoor/outdoor living in the summer, with a wood burner to take the chill off during cooler months. The stylish bedroom and luxurious bathroom also have doors to the secluded garden.
The Grain Store is a unique contemporary conversion of a period detached farm building. Many features reflect the history of theis luxury self-catering accommodation with original timber restored to its former glory and tin lined walls retained wherever possible, enhanced by upcycled bathroom fittings from the main house and stylish furnishings throughout, with a fab modern kitchen/dining room.
Entertainment for all the family with table football, pool table, air hockey two Ford racing machines, a retro arcade game, karaoke machine and fruit machine – plus a drinks fridge and cloakroom so you can spend all day having fun! The room’s detached, accessed by key code and must be vacated by 10pm in the evening out of respect for the neighbouring permanent residents.

This impressive country house estate has the best of both worlds set deep in the countryside with plenty of activities to keep you at home yet just a ten minute drive to the popular seaside town of Southwold with its good shopping, iconic pier, a golf course, sailing club and unique small cinema.
The surrounding area also offers a variety of walks, cycling and the Minsmere RSPB nature reserve is just to the east of the attractive village of Westleton.

The Games Room is adjacent to other properties so guests are restricted to use between the hours of 9am and 10pm and are asked to keep noise to a minimum at all times and respect the neighbours.
