A short walk from the vibrant town centre, with beautiful sandy beach strewn with brightly coloured beach huts, and lots of independent shops and restaurants to choose from, Pebbles Cottage is a charming pet friendly holiday cottage in the heart of Southwold perfect for couples to enjoy all year round, with lots of attention to detail in the furnishings and pebbles reflecting it's name! Ground Floor The ground floor has beautiful tiled floors throughout with under-floor heating. Entering into the living room with inner hall leading to the kitchen/dining area. Stairs rise to the first floor with an elegant master bedroom with king size bed, with en-suite shower room. An added bonus at this property is the bi-fold doors leading through to the secluded courtyard garden, furnished so you can enjoy meals in the sun. Living Room Guests are welcomed into the living room. This room is light and airy, yet cosy in feeling with exposed original ceiling timbers. Dressed with a comfortable three-seater sofa, armchair and a selection of nestled coffee tables, it is equipped with a stylish electric fire with a Smart TV on the wall and radio/CD player. A traditional door divides the living room and the kitchen/dining area. Kitchen/Dining Room: This beautiful light kitchen has all of the appliances needed for a relaxing break, with Miele oven and grill with induction hob and extractor fan over, integrated slim-line dishwasher, full-size fridge, washer/dryer, a boiling water tap and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Large built-in storage cupboard. The extendable wooden table has two comfortable chairs. Bring outside inside with the stunning wooden bi-fold floors opening up in the courtyard garden. Cloakroom Low suite W.C, wall-mounted washbasin, tiled flooring and Velux window providing natural light. First Floor King-Size Bedroom Up the wooden staircase leads you into the stunning spacious master suite with a king-size bed. In this tranquil room you’ll find plenty of storage space, with bedside tables with one draw each side of the bed, large chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror and four hanging hooks on the wall. Light streams into with the dual aspect windows overlooking Church Street and the garden. En-Suite Shower Room: Entering through the folding door you have a shower cubicle with overhead shower, low suite W.C and a small basin with storage shelves beneath. For extra storage there is a mirrored vanity unit fixed to the wall. Outside Pebbles Cottage is a mid-terrace holiday cottage with a spacious paved courtyard garden that is fully enclosed by a painted fence giving complete privacy, with access also available via a gate to rear walkway. There is cast metal table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the Suffolk sunshine. There is no allocated parking, however guests can offload outside the cottage where there are single yellow lines, and park in nearby car parks on York Road, Godyll Road and The Common, where short stay passes are available, or on a nearby road where there is unrestricted parking. Note: There is extensive building work taking place at a neighboring property until May 2023, some disruption should be expected.

SOUTHWOLD

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
