On the ground floor there's a cosy living room with an open fire, the well-appointed kitchen has a cosy dining area which is a great social place to enjoy your meals! There is also a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a luxurious double room and a bedroom with bunk beds, traditionally decorated to a high standard.
The front door leads into a small York stone hallway with doors to the living room and bathroom.
There's a leather sofa and a rocking chair, seating cube, coffee table with books and games. For winter nights there's a working fireplace with a flat-screen TV above it. There's a DVD and CD player and an iPod docker.
There's a low door into the kitchen (mind your head!) where you’ll find a York stone fitted kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob and electric oven, a fridge and freezer, a slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a stable door leading out to a shared patio.
Beyond the kitchen is a small dining area with a pine table and built-in benches. There’s a flat-screen Freeview TV with built-in DVD/CD and iPod player on the wall and a stable door leading out to the patio.
Decorated with pebbles on the walls and floor, this bathroom has a ¾ length bath with a large head shower over it and an additional hand-held shower attachment. There’s a bowl-style hand basin and a w.c.
Narrow staircase with steep stairs leads from the ground floor hall to the first-floor landing.
There's an airing cupboard with an efficient combination boiler for constant hot water and warm storage shelves.
With a double sleigh bed, bedside tables, pebble lamps, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Above the fireplace (fireplace not in use) is a flat-screen Freeview TV with built-in DVD/CD player.
A small bedroom with a ‘Feather and Blacks’ bunk bed, a chest of drawers and hooks on the wall to hang your clothes. Please note that access to the bunk beds is a tight squeeze as the space between the bed and the wall near the door is very narrow (approximately 27cm wide) and so will not be suitable for everyone.
There's a patio with a table and chairs which can be reached from the kitchen and dining areas. The patio is shared with two neighbouring cottages. On-road parking is usually available in nearby side streets.
All rental prices include bed linen and towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
This self-catering holiday in cottage in Aldeburgh is equipped with gas central heating, three TVs with Freeview and DVD/CD players, Wifi and the dining area TV also has an iPod player. There’s a gas hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, Lavazza A Moda Mio Expresso machine, slimline dishwasher, washing machineand d microwave. A travel cot and a high chair are available on request. There are wooden shutters to all of the windows except bedroom 2 which has a ‘boat’ blind.

A well behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the online booking form, and is subject to our conditions of booking.
Please note that access to the bunk beds in bedroom 2 is a tight squeeze as the space between the bed and the wall near the door is narrow and so will not be suitable for everyone.
There is no parking permitted on either side of Alde Lane.
Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer.
