The property offers a Scandinavian house on the border of a working farm, in the Heart of the Suffolk Countryside, just two miles from the sea. The long flat-roofed pavilion house with adjoining studio sits between meadowlands and garden, leading on to cultivated farmland. The transparent façade makes nature into an integral part of the interior and frames this extraordinary setting with stunning 360° views all-round the house.

Beautiful natural colours flow throughout the property creating an elegant, light and airy space, with Scandinavian design principles at its core. It is decorated with white and warm neutrals and furnished with vintage pieces. Internally the property boasts a large kitchen/dining space, living area, cloakroom, three bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom. The studio features a large TV room which doubles as an additional bedroom and shower room. The property and studio offer accommodation for six to eight guests.

Pavilion House
Entering into the light and spacious corridor which runs the length of the property, to your left are the living spaces and to your right are the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Living Room
Glass walls surrounding two sides of this room allowing natural light to fill the space, whilst framing the views. The room features two large sofas, two chairs with side tables. The wood-burning stove acts as a centre point, perfect for those cosy winter months.

Kitchen/Dining Area
The wonderful kitchen area is set into two halves with a utility kitchen area behind the main kitchen. The rooms have all of the modern technologies needed to cook up a storm, including electric double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, two fridges and freezer, Pavoni coffee machine, blender, toaster and kettle.

A large wooden dining table with eight chairs allows the whole party to dine together. The table can comfortably seat ten with additional chairs available.

Snug
Located off of the main entrance, there is comfortable seating consisting of a two seater sofa, an arm chair, side table and lamp. This room features a wood-burning stove, creating a space to sit back with a good book. There is a cloakroom located off of this room.

Cloakroom
With a WC, wash basin and mirror above. There is a benched area for coats and shoes.

Bedroom 1
All bedrooms allow access out to the garden areas. This room features a luxurious super king bed with bedside tables and lamps. Built in cupboards provide hanging and drawer space.

Family Bathroom
Featuring a bath with over head shower, wash basin with mirror above and WC.

Bedroom 2
This room boasts a zip and link bed, allowing you the option of two full size singles or super-king bed. Each room benefits from built in cupboards, providing hanging and drawer space.

Bedroom 3
Seen as the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious super-king bed with bedside tables and lamps.

En-suite Bathroom
With a large walk in shower, bath, wash basin with mirror above, and an electric tooth brush charging point.

Studio
Located a short walk from the property.

Laundry Room
With washing machine, dryer, washing line and sink.

Living/Bedroom Space
With large full length windows that allow the light to fill the room and frame the views perfectly. This room boasts a 65'' Smart TV with an expansive luxurious sofa bed, which can be pulled out to a super-king size.

Shower Room
With large walk in shower, wash basin and mirror above.

Sauna
The studio benefits from a sauna. This can be accessed by guests at an additional price by prior arrangement.

Outside
The property is accessed through private electric gates, you enter into five acres of beautiful grounds with surrounding meadowland and countryside. There is a large outdoor seating area to be enjoyed in the summer months, with a firepit. The property is located just two miles from the coast, allowing you both countryside and coastal days.

There is ample parking provided near the barn, with space to unload initially at the front of the property. The barn itself is accessible to guests, housing a ping pong table, croquet, badminton and volleyball. There is also charging for electric cars, which can be arranged prior to your stay.

Please note there is a reservoir behind the property which is completely fenced off. This is not accessible to guests.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, underfloor heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This luxurious single-level holiday home features a variety of appliances, including an electric double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, two fridge, freezer, Pavoni coffee machine, blender, toaster and 65'' Smart TV.
Sorry, no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers.

Please note that whilst the property is single-level, there are steps leading up to the walk surround, as well as a pebbled drive.

There is a reservoir behind the property, please note this is not for guests to access.

Please note guests must take full responsibility for any accidental damage caused at Pavilion House, it is advised that guests have their own contents/public liabiity cover.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
