Number 5 at Southwold

Number 5 is an idyllic detached pet-friendly coastal holiday home located just steps from the beautiful sandy beach in Southwold. This single storey property boasts a fantastic living/dining area with views out across the marshes, there are two beautiful bedrooms, shower room and kitchen. The property boasts a vast garden with large lawn and patio area which is perfect for dining alfresco. There is off road parking for one car.

Ground Floor
External steps lead up to the entrance porch. From the porch you enter the main hallway, with doors leading to the kitchen, living/dining, two bedrooms and shower room.

Kitchen
Located at the front of the property, this well equipped kitchen includes everything you need to make the most of your self-catering break. There is a large Rangemaster cooker with five ring gas hob and extractor fan above, integrated slim-line dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is ample cupboard space for you to fill during your holiday.

Sitting/Dining Room
Located at the rear of the property, with french doors leading down to the garden, and offering spectacular views across the marshes. This room is split into two, you enter in the dining area wth table and chairs for four and beautiful lounge chair and footrest, perfect to relax wih a book, There is also the added benefit of open fireplace too. Through the dining room is the bright and airy living space, with sofa, two arm chairs and coffee table. There are double french doors opening out onto steps leading down to the garden, with the most stunning views across the marshes. There is also a TV with freesat and bluetooth speaker for your entertainment.

Double Bedroom
Located at the rear of the property, with gorgeous views out across the garden and marshes. This tranquil space features a metal frame double bed with bedside tables and stylish lamps. There is a large chest of drawers for your belongings, with a statement mirror above.

Shower Room
A modern bathroom suite, with a walk in shower cubical, WC, wash basin with vanity mirror above and heated towel rail.

Twin Bedroom
Located at the front of the property, where you can hear the sounds of the sea. This wonderful space is ideal for both adults and children, featuring two wooden full size single beds with bedside table between, chair and freestanding hanging space. The wonderful bay window allows light to fill this room.

Outside
Number 5 boasts the most amazing south facing garden space, wrapping round all four sides of the property. You enter the property from Ferry Road, with a private parking space through the gate. The mature garden is mainly laid to lawn, with flower beds around the edges full of shrubbery and wild flowers. There is a great outdoor dining area, with large table, two bench seats and two chair with an umbrella, perfect for dining alfresco, especially with the BBQ. Two deck chairs have been provided for long relaxing afternoons in the garden.

This comfortable self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with central heating and appliances including a TV connected to Free Sat, DAB/Internet/FM Radio and Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is well equipped with a Rangemaster oven with five ring as hob with extractor fan above, fridge with icebox freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

One well-behaved dog is accepted at the time of booking, please note the breed of the dog on the booking.

Please note there are steps leading up both entrances to the property.

The parking space is located down a slightly incline from Ferry Road.

The rear field located beyond the garden also doubles up as a car park - this is mainly during peak times.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
