As you approach the property, you are welcomed down the sweeping gravelled driveway with ample parking available. The grand entrance leads you to the hallway, with doors leading off to the dining room, both living spaces and kitchen areas. Carpeted stairs lead you up to the first floor landing with 5 bedrooms, one with en-suite and two family bathrooms.
The outdoor space is just waiting to be enjoyed, with seating areas created both at the front of the property where you can enjoy the evening sun, but also to the rear of the property which is perfect for dining alfresco. Norley Moat House is located down a private drive close to the village of Little Bradley it is a 10 minute drive to Haverhill where you will find lots of amenities including a cinema, leisure centre, restaurants and supermarkets. It is also ideally situated for visiting the centre of British Racing at Newmarket (10 miles), historic Bury St Edmunds (16 miles), and the famous University City of Cambridge (20 miles) along with many mediaeval market towns.
We have three National Trust properties, Angelsey Abbey, Ickworth House and Wimpole Hall all very close by.
The property is ideally located to enjoy both all that Suffolk has to offer, or alternatively Cambridgeshire is only a 30 minute drive away.
The property is located on a working farm with tractors passing at the front of the property. Within the area is hunting and shooting at selected times of the year.
Please note the property is partly moated - the garden is fenced within the inside but care must be taken with young children.
