What our guests say

"We loved our home from home in the Milk Parlour. The wine and biscuits were a lovely touch. The Milk Parlour is in a great location for all the visits we made: Southwold, Aldeburgh, Minsmere, Blythburgh Church and a bus ride to Norwich etc. We stayed a week and enjoyed coming back to the peace of the garden. The highlight of the garden was watching the mother duck and her nine ducklings in the moat."

Milk Parlour at Spexhall

"What a wonderful little gem. We loved our little Milk Parlour and its secluded patio that we returned early from the beach every day to enjoy the evenings by the pond while listening to the birds. The cottage is perfect, its deco so pleasing to the eye, really neutral and quirky at the same time. Knowing that Jacqui, Nick and family are only next door adds another layer of comfort to it. Great little bank holiday. We will def return. Thank you to Jacqui and Nick for a warm personal welcome. The prosecco and chocolate brownies go a long way. Its all in the detail and you have it so right."

"Thank you for taking our very last minute booking (on the same day). Not only were we delighted to have to somewhere to stay but to arrive and see how lovely the Milk Parlour is, we felt very lucky. It had everything we needed for a home from home stay and the homemade cupcakes and prosecco were a much appreciated treat, thank you very much. Our little puppy Daisy loved your garden and it was great for us to see her run around in a safe place. We particularly liked the private terrace, relaxing in the evening. Would definitely recommend your lovely home, grounds and location for a perfect stay in Suffolk"
