Lodge Cottage is stunning renovated and extended Grade II listed cottage, creating a stylish yet calming property to enjoy, located at the entrance to Little Bradley Hall, just a short drive away from Newmarket. It has been stylishly refurbished to provide a wonderful peaceful rural retreat with stunning views over open parkland and paddocks. A perfect location to switch off and enjoy some well deserved rest.

As you enter into the property you will find a gorgeous living/kitchen/dining room, the ideal space to socialise and enjoy the stunning views. Through the open plan area you have two beautifully decorated king size bedrooms oozing luxury, there is then a family bathroom.

Outside you have a terrace garden with views looking out across the open parkland, rolling countryside and paddocks. There is a large wicker table and chairs with parasol to enjoy dining alfresco.

Open Plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Room.
This spacious room has been decorated in neutral colours to create a tranquil place to sit and enjoy, to the left as you enter you have large kitchen area with table for six. The kitchen is well equipped with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with icebox freezer and Hotpoint fan oven with hob. Decorative lighting features all around the kitchen.

To the right as you enter is the living area, with two large two seater sofas and separate arm chair positioned to enjoy the views, and also the flat screen TV. There are beautiful large mirrors and artwork scattered around.

Bedroom 1
Located in the original section of the house, this room features a king size bed with mirrored side tables and lamps. A dressing table has been created in the corner, with shelving, triple mirror and armchair.

Family Bathroom
This spacious room has a bath with over head shower and additional hand held shower with glass shower screen, WC, and heated towel rail. The wash basin has ample storage below and a large wall mirror above. Towels can be found on the ladder shelving.

Bedroom 2
This king size bedroom has built in shelving within the wall. There is then a beautiful dressing table with large mirror and stylish armchair.

Outside
Sit and enjoy the terrace garden with picket fencing surround whilst taking in the views across the open parkland, rolling countryside and paddocks. This is a perfect area to enjoy dining alfresco with the large wicker table with six chairs and parasol.

Parking is available next to the terrace for two cars.

The property has all of the appliances you need for an ideal break, this includes: Fan Oven with electric hob, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and TV.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

A high chair is available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
Please note the property is located on a working farm, therefore tractors, shooting and hunting may be visible during selected times of the year.

Please note the bedding at the property is feather.

Although this property is all located on one level, there are three steps up into the property.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
