Linnell End at Aldeburgh

You are welcomed into a light and airy hall with a door opening to the cloakroom/utility room. To the left there is a dual aspect sitting room which offers views over the rear garden. To the right of the hall there is a large family room with sofas and a TV and beyond that double doors open to a beautiful kitchen/dining room with double door opening to the rear garden. On the first floor there is an east-facing master bedroom with Juliet balcony, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bunk room, and 2 bathrooms.

Outside the property enjoys parking to the front for 2 cars and to the rear there is a fully paved patio, lawned area and a raised fully decked sun terrace.

The property is equipped with gas central heating, a flat screen TV with Freesat channels, fridge/freezer, 5 ring electric hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave and Dryer. Wifi is available.

A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

This beautiful Suffolk holiday cottage is located a couple of minutes from the beach and shops on Aldeburgh High Street. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

Linnell End is situated on a quiet road, just off Aldeburgh High St, which gives easy access to the Town whilst being relatively quiet and tucked away.

Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
