Jubilee Place & Sea La Vie at Aldeburgh

Jubilee Place is entered through a shared corridor, you find yourself in the main hallway. The apartment is arranged with the bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor with the living area and kitchen upstairs. There is one king-size bedroom, one double bedroom, and one bunk bedroom. The master enjoys an en-suite shower room and there is also a well-appointed family bathroom. The open plan living space upstairs is modern and stylish. Glimpses of the sea can be seen through the kitchen window. There is a balcony outside to enjoy a drink al-fresco.

You are welcomed into Sea la Vie through the spacious hallway. To the left is the open plan living, dining and kitchen space, featuring chic and contemporary artwork, evoking a relaxing atmosphere, with great views of the High Street from the living area. In front of the hallway, is the bright master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, whilst to the right of the hallway, is the other double bedroom, the twin bedroom and the family bathroom. At the rear of the property, there is allocated off road parking.

First Floor
The hallway on the first floor leads off to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. A spiral staircase takes you up to the living areas.

Bedroom One
This bedroom has a single bed with an additional truckle bed, great for the children.

The family bathroom has a bath.

Bedroom Two
The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a wardrobe for storage.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for storage.

The en-suite to the master bedroom has a luxurious shower, W.C., and hand basin.

A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the open plan living area.

Living Room
The living room has a large, comfortable corner sofa and flat-screen television.

Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen is also the home to a dining table seating six on colourful chairs.


The hallway is spacious and bright, featuring a boat oar to hang up your coats, with plenty of space for shoes. The hallway leads straight onto the master bedroom, whilst to the left are the open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, and to the right, is the double bedroom, twin bedroom, and family bathroom.

Living Area
The relaxing open plan living area features a comfortable L-shaped leather sofa, as well as a leather armchair. To keep you entertained there is a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and an iPod docking station, this area offers great views of the High Street through their bright windows.

Dining Area
Just behind the living area, is the dining area, featuring a contemporary circular glass-topped table that can be extended, as well as comfortable seating for six, this area offers the perfect atmosphere to dine in!

Kitchen Area
The well-appointed kitchen features a professional Taledo Rangemaster stove, Russell Hobbs toaster, and kettle, alongside a fridge freezer, microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Bedroom One
The vibrant master bedroom features a plush double bed with a chest of drawers for storage, a hanging rail for storage, and two bedside tables with contemporary lamps.

The marblesque en-suite shower for the master bedroom features a shower, W.C., and hand basin.

Bedroom Two
The double bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a triple wardrobe providing plenty of space for storage.

Bedroom Three
The twin bedroom has two single beds by bedside drawers and a lamp, as well as a wardrobe for storage.

Family Bathroom
The family bathroom features an impressive drench waterfall shower, with an additional handheld shower, both over a bath. There is also a W.C. and hand basin.

A balcony is available outside, perfect to enjoy an al-fresco drink. There is a single off-road parking space available in a secure private car park, a rare opportunity in Aldeburgh!

Jubilee Place and Sea la Vie are equipped with central heating. Appliances include flat screen televisions in the living rooms. In the kitchens there are double electric oven with electric hobs, dishwashers, microwaves, washer/dryers, fridges and freezers.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request at time of booking.

This self-catering Aldeburgh accommodation is located less than a minute's walk from the beach and shops of the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the marsh and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fishermen's huts along the beach.
