Within easy reach of the Heritage Coast, Ivy House an ideal base for those wishing to explore East Anglia, just eight miles from the coastal town of Southwold, with a sandy beach, famous pier and excellent range of shops and restaurants plus, for beer lovers, it is home to the famous Adnams Brewery.
Beautiful walks in Dunwich forest, Dunwich Heath and Minsmere bird reserve and the pretty coastal village of Walberswick are all approximately six miles away and within a 20 minute drive is Beccles, gateway to the Norfolk Broads with two large supermarkets. The attractive historic city of Norwich is also less than an hour away.
Ivy House is a traditional period farmhouse with many height restrictions due to the original low beams and doorframes.
Due to the extensive grounds, garden and river frontage adults must supervise little guests at all times.
