Hurn Crag House benefits from a spacious garden with a feature wall to one side, with hedging and fencing creating a good level of seclusion. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with patio area with a outdoor table and chairs for dining alfresco.

There is one allocated parking space provided, with additional on-street parking available.

The property is located just a short walk from Southwold, with a lovely cut through leading through the marshes taking you towards the beach and the array of colourful beach huts. There is a convenience store located just moments from the property, selling an array of groceries and local fresh fruit and vegetables.
