This beautiful pet-friendly lodge is one of seven, and is positioned around a carefully designed, sweeping, private driveway with extensive landscaping and hedging for privacy. This high end property offers an impressive light-inspired open plan kitchen and reception area, with bi-fold doors to bring the outside inside. There are two well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside is a veranda and deck area that surrounds the house with outside seating where you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area.

The open plan kitchen and reception area is very much the heart of the property. An impressive light-inspired area, with bifold doors allowing the light to fill the room and very much allowing the outside to come inside. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the mod-cons you need, these includes an electric oven with four ring induction hob and extractor fan above, slim-line dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. There is in addition a small countertop freezer and washer/dryer in the boot room. A round dining table with four chairs sits perfectly to make the most of the stunning views on offer.
The living space is positioned to enjoy the tranquil setting on offer. In the winter months sit back relax and enjoy the sound of the wood-burning stove roar. There are two two-seater sofas with an array of side tables. There is a wall mounted Smart TV for your entertainment.
Access from the veranda, in here is a washer/dryer, counter top freezer, iron/ironing board, drying rack, picnic blanket, vacuum and mop.
A bright and inviting space, with a king size bed fitted with luxurious 400 thread linen and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. There are bedside tables and lamps. There is a loft style open wardrobe, drawer and dressing table with mirror above, with additional storage provided under the bed.

This room features a king size zip/link bed, allowing you the option of a king size bed or two 2''6 beds. There is a Smart TV, loft style open wardrobe, drawer and dressing table with mirror above, with additional storage provided under the bed. Each room has blackout blind fitted.
There is a veranda and deck area that surrounding the house, with two outdoor seating areas, both positioned perfectly to enjoy the peace and tranquilly of the area. Of an evening the veranda can be illuminated, to make the most of the outside space all year round. Whilst the property does not have a permanent hot tub, one can be hired from a local company for an additional cost.
Haywain is positioned in a truly magical scenery, with many walks on offer directly from the property. An ideal position for those looking to bring their dog/s, please note the garden is not enclosed so two dog spikes are put in the grass to help secure your dog, to ensure that they don't go wandering. There is a large secured dog walking field approximately two minutes from the property. Guests have access to the two parking spaces at the rear of the property, and access to the grassed area in front of the house (however this must not be used for additional parking).
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bag with local treats.
The heating is provided by an Air Source Heat Pump via underfloor heating which regulates itself ensuring you are warm and toasty during the cooler months and a heated towel rail is provided in the bathroom to dry your towels.
