Ground Floor
The front door opens into a welcoming hall with stairs leading to the first floor and doors leading into the cloakroom and the spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining room with oak flooring.

Located off of the hallway, with wash basin and WC.

Kitchen/Living/Dining Room
A very sociable L-shaped room, perfect for entertaining. The living room is generously furnished, with a large luxurious corner sofa, coffee table, side tables with decorative lamps, TV unit with flat-screen TV above. The TV has FreeSat, a DVD player and a firestick (you will need to use your own log in) There is an extendable wooden dining table with 6 chairs positioned between the kitchen and living space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the mod-cons you could wish for, with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs take you to the first floor landing with doors onto two of the bedrooms with en-suites, with additional stairs leading up to the second floor.

Bedroom 1
Facing the front of the property, this king size bedroom is furnished with bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers for your belongings.

En-Suite Bathroom
This large en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower above, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2
Facing the rear of the property, this twin room with full size single beds has bedside tables with lamps, chest of draws and beautiful display cabinet.

With a spacious walk in shower cubical, wash basin and WC.

Second Floor
An additional staircase rise from the first to the second floor.

A spacious king size bedroom, with bedside tables and lamps, chest of draws for your belongings, and ottoman.

The property has an abundance of outside space, with a private garden, and also use of the development's leisure facilities, which include an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium. Parking is available in the designated parking spaces.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This superb self-catering holiday house is equipped with gas central heating and appliances include a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Complimentary use of the communal facilities including an indoor heated pool, mini fitness suite, 12 acres of grounds, one allocated parking space, with additional visitor parking a short walk from the property.

Blythview is a fantastic location nestled within the area of the Suffolk Coast Nature Reserve, just a short drive from the Suffolk coastline with the beaches at Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich all easily accessible. There are plenty of walking trails to explore both directly from the front door or slightly further afield at nearby Minsmere. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1 mile.

Blythburgh, 1.4 miles from the house, is a pretty unspoilt village located three miles from Walberswick and just over four miles from Southwold. It is a small, quiet village with a historic public house serving good food with a huge garden for summer dining and fine views of the estuary, plus an remarkable famous 13th Century church known as the Cathedral of the Marshes. There is also a village shop and post office.

This delightful townhouse is spread over three floors with beautiful high ceilings throughout and there are a lot of stairs, perhaps not ideal for guests with a mobility issue.

Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers.

Please note that the swimming pool, which is managed by the Blyth View management company, may be closed from time to time for essential maintenance and, unfortunately, this is outside our control.
