With bright and airy decor throughout, this property is primarily single storey with a 'secret hideaway' on the first floor where kids can chill whilst other guests relax in the large sitting room a the heart of the house, or in the beautiful big kitchen/dining room which opens onto the patio and enclosed garden beyond. Four tastefully furnished bedrooms are also on the ground floor with three bath/shower rooms.

A travel cot and high chair are available for each property from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
This self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with under-floor heating throughout and appliances include a TV with FreeSat and Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances including two ovens and a microwave at eye level, induction hob with five rings and extractor, dishwasher, under counter fridge and three drawer freezer, wine fridge and a washer/dryer.
Foxglove House is equipped with gas fired central heating. Appliances include a flat screen TV and radio system in the living room. In the kitchen, there is a 4 ring hob/range oven, dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi internet is also available.
These detached Suffolk holiday homes are located 100 yards from each other close to Aldeburgh Golf Club, down a long drive off to the left of Saxmundham Road which runs into this picturesque seaside town. There are walks down to the beach and the heart of the town, approximately a mile away, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes and a wide range of independent shops, convenience stores, art galleries and huts along the beach where local fishermen sell their wares.
The picture-postcard village of Thorpeness and world-renowned Snape Maltings are also great places to visit nearby. The area is excellent for cycling, sailing or golf and there are many interesting walks, including Hazelwood Marshes and the Sailors’ Path which starts approximately ten minutes walk from the house, and boasts some of the finest lowland marsh and heathland scenery to be found in the British Isles.

Foxglove House and Marsh Harrier are marketed as non dog friendly because Marsh Harrier does not under any circumstances accept dogs. However, if you wish to bring a dog to Foxglove House please call the office and we will put the breed on the booking for you.
Please note that these two houses are approximately 100 yards from each other, across a grassed area. Please DO NOT climb over the fences at either side of the grass, there is a path round or you can go along the private driveways. Both houses have large kitchens and reception rooms so are great for families wanting to spend time together but have a degree of privacy with sleeping accommodations apart. Neither house has sufficient seating for all 20 guests to sit at a dining table or in the living room but are great for more relaxed socialising.
Items are not to be moved between the two properties under any circumstances, if belongings are found at the incorrect property on departure there may be a charge deducted from the security deposit.
There is parking for five cars at Foxglove and four at Mash Harrier. If additional cars are required to be parked there is ample overspill parking available on the car park to the rear of the bungalows at the entrance of the site. Please do not under any circumstances park on the roadways or turning heads which must be kept clear for emergency vehicles.
Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
