    Entrance Hall
    Through the front door into the reception hall, with a wide stair case in front, which takes you up to a landing area with window overlooking over the rear garden, you then take an additional staircase up the another landing with the entrance to the property.

    Kitchen
    This bright and stylish modern kitchen has all of the mod cons you need to create some fantastic meals, with fan oven, 4 ring hob with extractor fan above, Microwave and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. There is a large integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

    Sitting/Room
    A beautifully decorated room perfect for relaxing in with wooden floors, separated into two sections to enjoy sitting and dinning. There is a glass dining table with 6 leather chairs, within easy reach of the kitchen, with large windows letting the light flood in. The living area consists of a three and two seater leather sofa's, with glass side tables, lamps and house plants to create a cosy area.

    A stunning room decorated to create a peaceful space, with large windows with views across the front communal garden and driveway. With king-size bed, side tables and lamps. There is an abundance of storage space, with triple wardrobes with hanging and shelving, along with a three draw chest, with decorative mirror above.

    Double Bedroom
    Another beautiful bedroom, with views across the rear garden. With a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is ample storage provided with tripe wardrobe with both hanging and shelving, along with an additional chest of draws for your belongings.

    Bathroom
    This contemporary bathroom featuring a bath with over head shower with glass screen, WC and wash basin.

    Single Bedroom
    With a full-size single bed and chest of draws for your belongings.

    Outside
    The property is found along a sweeping gravel drive between pine trees, with ample parking available and both the front and side of the property. There is communal front and back grassed gardens to enjoy, with seating provided, perfect for alfresco meals.

    Ipswich itself has a variety of activities, perfect for children including a dry ski slop and Jimmy's Farm Park.

    Suffolk food Hall is in close reach, with fantastic restaurant, farm shop, craft shop and outdoor play area.

    The Ipswich Quay is a fantastic place locally to enjoy both food and beverages.

    The coast and rivers are just a short drive away, with gorgeous places to visit perfect for adults and children including Pin Mill, Felixstowe and Woodbridge.
