You're welcomed into a bright entrance hall stretching along the back of the house with the large dining/kitchen ahead of you which has double doors as well as a stable door to the courtyard, making it ideal for indoor/outdoor living. The wonderful contemporary living room to your right is great at any time of the year with electric wood burner and TV for cosy cooler months and doors to the south facing garden for balmy days and an additional informal family room. The single bedroom is also on the ground floor with shower room adjacent. There are two staircases leading to the bedrooms on the first floor with the huge master bedroom, family bathroom and twin to one side and additional twin, bunk room and shower room to the other.
Parking is at a premium in Aldeburgh and Eldoret is so central that you'll be able to leave your car and enjoy all that the town has to offer with no concerns. Both courtyard style garden areas, well maintained with plants and shrubs, are fully enclosed so ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air and for 'little guests' or four-legged friends to have fun with minimal supervision.
Eldoret is effectively a house of two sides so it can be divided to sleep five or opened up to sleep nine comfortably, great for two families who can enjoy a degree of privacy but also congretate for meals etc. A path down the side of the house leads to the front door with a second door opening directly from the parking into the annex. A long cool hall with tiled floor gives access to the kitchen/dining room, living room, single bedroom, shower room and family room. Wide carpeted stairs rise to the first floor on the south side of the house from the main hall and there's a second staircase to the annex twin and bunk bedrooms from a smaller entrance hall where there's a storage room with additional fridge/freezer giving you ample storage for larger groups.

This super detached holiday home is set back from Crespigny Road, a side street off the high street, with two parking spaces at the front and path leading running down the side of the house to the front door and a second door opening into the Annex entrance hall. Eldoret has the benefit of two pretty enclosed courtyard style gardens so you can follow the sun around during the day. The east facing is off the kitchen/dining room and has a sturdy table with benches for outside dining; the south facing garden is through sliding doors from the living room, furnished with a bench and low table.

This traditional detached seaside holiday home sits in a peaceful spot on Crespigny Road, just off the south end of the High Street in the heart of town, literally a few yards from the famous Aldeburgh Fish and Chip shop, pebble beach and close to the Brudenell Hotel which has a stunning sea facing terrace where you can lap up the sun in the mornings and a stylish restaurant and lounge with sea views in cooler months. The High Street has so much to offer with a range of independent shops as well as some high street brands and a supermarket; plus a great choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes and take-aways.
There are wonderful walks along the coast to Thorpeness, passing the famous Scallop shell sculpture to the north or to the Martello Tower to the south; plus pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Snape, just five miles away, with its renowned concert hall, Aldeburgh Music and the Maltings with a variety of shops including kitchen accessories, homeware, delicatessen, clothing, furniture and antiques.

There are two staircases, one in the annex to twin and bunk bedrooms, the other in the main house to the master and additional twin; there's no access on the first floor between the two sides but the ground floor has bags of space for large groups of guests and the division makes it great for two families, giving a degree of privacy.
Whilst there is a ground floor single bedroom and shower room the shower does have a step up of at least six inches so may not be ideal for guests with a mobility problem.
A well-behaved dog is welcomed downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.
Both gardens are fully enclosed and paved with borders containing shrubs and flowers.
