Brookside and Mirabelle at Kelsale

Brookside
Brookside is a two bedroom semi detached cottage with a large bathroom with separate shower. It's a quirky cottage with wonky floors and heaps of character with the open fire and exposed beams. There is a garden at the rear of the cottage and off road parking. Guests of Brookside may also use the meadow beyond the garden to walk, play and exercise dogs.

Mirabelle
Mirabelle is a mid terraced cottage with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. There's lots of space and plenty of character. The off road parking is at the front if the cottage and the enclosed rear garden is accessed throught the stable door from the kitchen.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus welcome bottles of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

A travel cot and high chair are available for each property from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

Brookside
Brookside is equipped with a Smart TV and Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, separate grill, gas hob, extractor, four shelf fridge, three drawer freezer beneath, dishwasher and free standing microwave.

Mirabelle

These charming holiday cottages sit in the little village of Kelsale, within easy reach of the Suffolk Coast making it an ideal location from which to explore picturesque seaside towns, East Suffolk's villages and market towns or simply relax and enjoy long walks or bike rides from the front door.

Brookside and Mirabelle are in the heart of the village just over the brook, close to a childrens playground and park.

Kelsale, a pretty village in the east of Suffolk, is approximately a mile north of Saxmundham town centre with a range of independent shops, Waitrose, The Bell Hotel serving good food, and a number of cafes. There are also lots of excellent country pubs to choose from within a short drive, the Poachers Pocket within walking distance and the cottages are conveniently close to the larger towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh, so an ideal base for exploration the county.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Combined bookings of both cottages are welcome to enjoy the meadow beyond the garden of Brookside.

Please be aware that there are very low beams throughout Brookside and the stairs are typical of a period property, narrow and steep with a handrail to steady you.
