Within the grounds is a full-size tennis court and impressive outdoor swimming pool. Please note the pool is in use from April - September.

This magnificent country house is equipped has a 50'' TV in the TV room as well as a TV in the kitchen, and the drawing room. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a 5 door AGA, double NEFF oven, built in Bosch microwave, two full-size dishwashers, under counter fridge as well as a full size split fridge freezer.
This exceptional self-catering cottage is located close to the heart of Framlingham, an historic market town with vibrant central square providing an excellent range of local facilities, numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays sitting between the Alde and Deben Valleys The impressive English Heritage Norman castle at the top of the hill is a wonderful place to explore for young and old with extensive grounds, plus the Castle Inn across the road, serving good food.
Broadwater is perfectly placed for exploring both the Suffolk Heritage Coast with popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold approximately 15 miles to the east; and some of the most picturesque countryside in East Suffolk through which there are numerous foot and bridle paths.
The property is set within 40 acres of truly gorgeous grounds to be explored.
