Aldeburgh Bolt Hole at Aldeburgh

Aldeburgh Bolt Hole is located in the popular purpose built Coastguard Court development with sought-after private parking. It is within close reach of the beach, the Brudenell hotel and restaurant, and a short walk to the centre of Aldeburgh with unique shopping opportunities and renowned independent eateries. Aldeburgh Bolt Hole boasts bright and spacious accommodation with a separate kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom and en-suite bathroom, there is also the added bonus of a small south facing patio with outside seating.

This apartment is positioned at the south end of the High Street, The beach is literally a pebble's throw away.

Ground Floor
Enter from the patio area into the living room, once indoors the property is all on one level.

Living Room
With views across the patio garden, the large window allows light to fill this spacious carpeted room, with idyllic coastal artwork. Create the perfect evening ambiance using the selection of freestanding and table lamps. There are two two-seater leather sofas with comfy cushions and a digital TV and DVD player for your entertainment. There is a glass dining table with comfy chairs for you to sit and enjoy those locally sourced culinary delights.
The washing machine is located in the cloaks cupboard towards the rear of this room.

Kitchen
Cook up a storm in this well equipped kitchen. This bright space has all of the mod-con's you would need during your break away, these include an electric fan oven, four ring gas hob with extractor fan above, fridge with icebox freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

Bedroom
This dual aspect spacious room consists of two single beds which can be configured together to create a luxurious queen bed, with bedside cabinets and lamps on each side with a large wall mirror above. There is ample storage provided in the fitted wardrobe for your belongings. There is also a small dressing table with a mirror above and wicker chair.

En-suite Bathroom
This room features a traditional suite consisting of a bath with over bath shower, WC and wash basin with mirror above.

Outside
This south facing patio area with seating is the perfect space to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

An allocated parking space is available in the courtyard at Coastguard Court.

This self-catering apartment is equipped with a combi boiler giving instant hot water and room heating with adjustable radiators, a single electric oven with four ring gas hob with extractor fan above, slim-line dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. An automatic washing machine is located in the cloak cupboard. In the living room there is a digital TV with DVD player. There is a Wi-Fi router, a selection of games, DVD’s and books, binoculars for bird watching and a pair of fold away chairs for use on the beach.

This apartment is positioned at the south end of the High Street, parallel to the Brudenell Hotel so ideal to pop round for a snack on the sea facing terrace or an evening meal at the stylish restaurant. The pebble beach is literally a pebble's throw away and a short stroll up the High Street brings you to Aldeburgh's popular shops, cafes and restaurants.

There are wonderful walks along the coast to Thorpeness passing the famous Scallop shell sculpture to the north or to the Martello Tower to the south; plus pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Snape, just five miles away, with its renowned concert hall, Aldeburgh Music, plus the Maltings with a variety of shops including kitchen, homeware, delicatessen, clothing, furniture and antiques.
