Outside is an excellent size south facing courtyard garden, with large lounge sofa and coffee table and impressive gas BBQ.

Ground Floor
Entering from Strabroke Road, through the pink door into the spacious hallway. Karndean flooring runs throughout.

Double Living Area
With a beautiful sash bay window, and high ceilings, this fantastic light and spacious double living area is very much the heart of the home. The room has been cleverly designed to create two living areas, an ideal space for the whole family to come together. The large sash windows allows light to fill the room. Vibrant stylish seating has been provided in the form of two three-seater sofas and three luxurious chairs. There is a 50'' Smart TV connected to Freeview for you to enjoy, with an array of books for you to get lost in. French doors allow access into the kitchen/dining area. There is also underfloor heating, perfect for those cooler months.

Kitchen/Dining Room
A wonderful space for both cooking up those culinary delights and enjoying them. This well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven, a four ring induction hob with extractor fan above, dishwasher, washing machine, 70/30 fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.There is ample cupboard space full of crockery, pots and pans, along with space for you to store your own items.

The dining area is positioned to make the most of the garden views, whilst allowing natural light to flood through the french doors and Velux windows The large vintage wooden table, which is filled with history sits with a large bench seat, and 4 dining chairs.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs with handrail lead up to the first-floor landing area, with the master bedroom and en-suite shower room, double bedroom and family bathroom.

Bedroom 1
Located at the front of the property, with views out across Stradbroke Road, and towards the lighthouse. This super stunning bedroom oozes tranquillity, with soft pink and bold blue colour scheme. This room has a statement gold king size bed, with bedside tables and decorative lamps. There is a large double wardrobe with a drawer beneath, perfect for storing your personal belongings.

En-suite Shower Room
The sliding door leads you into your very own boutique shower room, with a luxurious walk in shower cubical with sliding door, beautiful wash basin with draw beneath, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2
With views across the courtyard garden and of Southwold Church, This fabulous room features a striking gold double bed, with bedside table and lamp, and also a gold reading lamp. There is a built in cupboard for your belongings, along with a dressing table with two drawers and mirror above.

Family Bathroom with Shower
Well and truly a dream bathroom, with every attention of detail thought about There is a corner clawfoot bathtub with black hand shower attachment, WC, large walk in shower cubical, heated towel rail and wash basin with storage drawers built in and funky mirror above.

Second Floor
Carpeted stairs lead up to the second floor, with two bedrooms.

Bedroom 3
Ideal for both adults and children. This room throws out all of the monochrome vibes, with twin black metal framed beds, with chest of drawers between with a decorative lamp and wonderful local artwork.

Bedroom 4
This quirky room is perfect for a couple travelling with a baby, with ample space for a travel cot. There is a wonderful deluxe double bed, with bedside tables and lamps. Local artwork hangs proudly on the wall.

Outdoors
44 Stradbroke Road boasts a fabulous south facing grand courtyard garden, with a gorgeous corner sofa and coffee table. During the warmer months, why not cook up a storm using the gas bbq, whilst enjoy the sunshine.

Whilst there is no allocated parking with this property, Stadbroke Road offers completely unrestricted parking, along with neighbouring roads which include Chester Road and Dunwich Road.

Adnams Wine & Cellar Kitchen Shop, almost on the doorstep, is a great place to buy local goods or simply relax and unwind in the café or courtyard where you can enjoy tempting hand-made sandwiches, hot meals and freshly-baked cakes. Just a short walk from there is Southwold high street which has a host of award-winning pubs, restaurants and cafes, plus a strong local retail offering with fashion favourites and food outlets including bakeries, delicatessens, butchers and convenience stores.

There is a pretty walk from the harbour over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fishermen’s huts along the harbour.

The area boasts a wide variety of attractions, amongst which are the renowned RSPB bird sanctuary Minsmere, many countryside and coastal walks and the internationally renowned Aldeburgh Music Festival.
