Situated right on the seafront, with fabulous sea views in the iconic holiday village of Thorpeness. 3 Tinkers End is a truly stunning first floor apartment, which has recently undergone a full refurbishment, creating a luxurious yet comfortable space for family and friends to enjoy, complete with a balcony for you to sit and enjoy those views across the seafront.

External steps lead you up to the buildings entrance, carpeted stairs lead up from the entrance up to a landing with 3 Tinkers End's main door. The property boasts an expansive open plan kitchen/living/dining space, three large bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Open Plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Room
The main social space has been designed to create the most of the sea views, whilst spending quality time together.

The kitchen is a large and bright space, with gorgeous gloss cupboards, lots of storage space and high end appliances. The ideal space to whip up delicious meals, with vast worktop spaces and fully equipped with five ring gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and 70/30 fridge-freezer (the freezer has 3 drawers).

The living space oozes style with a large three seater sofa with scatter cushions, deluxe arm chair, coffee table and side tables, 32'' TV and beautiful feature real flame effect fire (Although there is a real flame effect fire, this can take a few attempts at ignition).

The dining space features a large wooden table with six stylish seats and two pendant lights above. An ideal area to sit and enjoy those culinary delights you have created in the stunning kitchen.

Super King Bedroom
Imagine waking up in the morning and being able to enjoy breakfast in bed with the balcony doors open whilst listening to the sound of the sea. This room oozes extravagance, with it's super-king bed positioned to make the most of the sea views, with bedside tables and lamps. There is a double wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings, along with a 32'' TV for your enjoyment. a decorative lounge chair has been positioned to make the most of the views.

Shower Room
A modern shower room, located next to the super king bedroom. This cleverly created space includes a shower cubical, with rainfall shower and handheld attachment, wash basin with mirror above and heated towel rail.

King Bedroom
A tranquil carpeted room complete with sea view. This room has all of the boutique feels, with upscale furnishings, including a king size bed with decorative headboard, bedside tables with lamps, dresser and beautiful artwork.

Twin Bedroom
Suitable for both children and adults, with two full size single beds, both with bedside tables and lamps and the addition of wonderful artwork filling the walls. The room features both blinds and curtains. There is a tall drawer unit and built in cupboard with hanging space for your belongings.

Shower Room
Another fantastic deluxe shower room, complete with double walk in shower, wash basin, WC and expansive mirror.

Located between the larger shower room and twin bedroom.

Outside
There is a private parking space located at the front of the property for guests to use. The beach is your playground, just a couple of strides away! (Please note 3 Tinkers End does not have access to the garden, this is owned by the ground floor).

Whats Included?

Rental prices include bed linen and towels, gas and electricity plus a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolate to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This beachside self-catering Suffolk holiday cottage is equipped with central heating. It has all of the mod con's, these include a 70/30 Fridge-Freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, 5 ring gas hob, double electric oven and two TV's.

Thorpeness is about 1½ miles along the beach from Aldeburgh and is a charming holiday village designed by the Scottish playwright and barrister Glencairn Stuart Ogilvie a century ago. He decided to create an idyllic model seaside village, inspired by the writings of JM Barrie, author of Peter Pan. The village has a Meare (local for lake) and its several miles of shallow water can be explored in the summer time by rowing boat. Around the corner from the cottage is the Thorpeness Country Club. Here the tennis courts and games rooms are often available during half term holidays as well as the summer months. The area is ideal for cycling and walking, both along the coast and inland. It's a short walk to the famous ‘House in the Clouds’ and windmill, close to the Meare. There are a number of shops and eateries including The Dolphin Inn, The Kitchen and a Meare-side café.

Restrictions: Sorry, no smoking, or unaccompanied teenagers permitted at the property.

Although there is a real flame effect fire, this can take a few attempts at ignition.

Please note this is a first floor apartment, with carpeted stairs leading from the communal entrance up to the apartment. There is no access to the ground floor garden.

The bedding on the beds are all feather.

One well-behaved small dog can be accommodated on request at the time of booking, and must not be allowed into the bedrooms and is subject to our terms and conditions.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
