Ground Floor
Stairs from the ground floor of this holiday apartment in St Ives lead up to a second-floor landing and the front door of the apartment. An entrance lobby leads to a hallway with access to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Master Bedroom
A large sunny room with a balcony so you can make the most of the stunning uninterrupted sea views. Wake to the view in the double bed which has bedside tables and storage in a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Enjoy morning coffee in the comfort of the armchairs with a coffee table as well as a TV table with a small flat-screen TV.

En-Suite Bathroom
The bath sits under the window and has a hand-held shower attachment. There's also the essential hand-basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2
This light and airy room has twin beds with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe

Family Bathroom
Also with the bath under the window giving plenty of natural light. A handheld shower above, WC, hand-basin and heated towel rail.

First Floor
A spiral staircase leads up to the top floor where a landing gives access to the kitchen and living/dining room.

Living/Dining Room
?A wonderful open plan living/dining room with breathtaking views of the beach. Relax in the generous corner sofa or easy leather chair or enjoy meals at home at the circular glass table with four dining chairs. There's a TV and DVD player for your entertainment.

A compact, modern kitchen space with all the essentials - electric hob and oven with extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

The balcony, accessed from the master bedroom, is a fantastic spot to watch the world go by and enjoy the view. There's no allocated parking at 3 Seawall Court so we suggest parking at one of the large council car parks where a weekly tariff is charged.

If Covid-19 restrictions mean travel is no longer permitted, we will issue you with either a voucher credit, valid for a new booking at the same property for use before 31 December 2022 or a full refund, if preferred.

If there are no restrictions, but you feel you don’t want to travel, we will try to re-sell the dates for you. If we fully resell the dates, you will then receive a refund for the amount you have paid minus the booking and admin fee.
