25 Park Lane at Aldeburgh

You are welcomed into a spacious hall with door opening to a dual aspect double reception room enjoying views over Park Lane and the rear garden; beyond that is a large dual aspect kitchen/breakfast room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. An added bonus at this charming holiday home is the attractive fully enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a BBQ so you can make the most of long summer evenings. There are no parking restrictions on Park Street so, with a little luck, you can park close to the house and simply walk into town.

Dual aspect room offering views over Park Lane and the rear garden. This room has a fireplace housing a wood-burning stove, a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, love seat, side table, TV with free view, DVD player and iPod Dock.

Dual aspect room offering views over the rear garden. Wide range of wall and base units with work surfaces, incorporating a sink. Induction hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and integrated fridge/freezer. There is also a table with seating for 6, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and radio.

Bedroom One
Sitting at the front of the house, this room has views over Park Lane and easterly glimpses of the sea over the rooftops and high street. The king-sized bed sits between with side tables with lamps and an iPod dock. There's a freestanding wardrobe cupboard, chair, feature fireplace, and roman blinds with blackout so you can enjoy a lazy morning!

Bedroom Two
With views over the rear garden; the king-sized bed takes pride of place with side tables, lamps, and radio-alarm. There is also storage in a chest of drawers, plus a chair, and blackout roman blinds again.

Bedroom Three
Sitting quietly at the back overlooking the rear garden. This room has twin beds with side tables, lamps, and a radio alarm, plus a built-in wardrobe cupboard, chair, and blackout roman blind.

Family Bathroom
Window offering views over Park Lane. Walk-in shower cubicle, bath, low suite W.C, pedestal wash basin, and heated towel rail.

Separate WC
Low suite WC and wall mounted washbasin.

Outside
25 Park Lane enjoys a north-facing rear garden which features garden furniture and a BBQ. Unrestricted and unallocated parking can be found along Park Lane.

25 Park Lane benefits from gas fired central heating. Appliances include a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod Dock in the sitting room. WiFi is also included at the property. In the kitchen there are integrated appliances including an induction hob, single oven & grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

This beautiful mid-terrace self-catering Aldeburgh holiday cottage is located a couple of minutes from the beach and shops on Aldeburgh High Street. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

Sorry, no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

A well-behaved dog can be accommodated on request at the time of booking, must be restricted to the ground floor and is subject to our terms and conditions.

Children are welcome.

Unrestricted and unallocated parking can be found along Park Lane.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
