Whilst 2020 was the year that pushed us to our very limit with closures, cancelled holidays and sudden lockdowns, it was also the year Best of Suffolk’s customer care continued to shine brightly.

Ensuring our customers and clients’ happiness has always been at the core of everything we do, but in 2020 we took steps to ensure their safety was of paramount importance too.

One of the key things introduced in 2020 at Best of Suffolk is the Covid-19 Refund Policy.  Approved by both the CMA and Trading Standards, this free of charge refund policy means if a booking cannot go ahead due to Covid-19 the guest’s money is safe.  They can chose to their move dates, a voucher credit or a complete refund.
