Late summer sun in Aldeburgh…

The popular seaside town of Aldeburgh changes as summer draws to a close and the flocks of tourists have diminished.  It’s a great time for long leisurely walks, with or without a dog, and one of Annette’s favourites leads her past the pretty multi coloured cottages to the marshes with the cows grazing at the far end of the High Street; along the estuary wall watching the odd sailing boat navigating the tides and pretty boats mored around the Yacht and Sailing Clubs; returning along Crag Path with the iconic fishing boats and stopping for a well deserved ice cream from Ives or the Ice Creamery – or a tipple at one of the pubs or hotels on the way home.
