Holiday lettings agency sees 25% growth in bookings!

Suffolk holiday cottage lettings agency Best of Suffolk is reporting a 25% growth in new bookings! In 2014, indicating that restaurants, shops and attractions in the vicinity of their accommodation could expect higher visitor numbers this year.

The company has recruited additional staff and installed extra phone lines to manage the growth.  They believe that the business’s tight focus on good customer service is one of the main reasons for the growth, resulting in more repeat customers who have holidayed with Best of Suffolk in previous years, and higher occupancy rates at individual holiday cottages.

Best of Suffolk Director, Naomi Tarry says “Providing great customer service is one of our key goals at Best of Suffolk, and I believe that this is the key driver for our growth.  We want our customers to have relaxing holidays and know that we’re here to take the stress out of it for them.  This means giving them confidence that their chosen property will be of a high standard and that our friendly On-Call team will be there to deal with any queries they may have outside of office hours.”

The firm is handling the growth by investing in new phone lines and new staff, all trained to the business’s high standards, topped up with weekly customer service training sessions.
Naomi Tarry adds “We have recently recruited some very motivated and enthusiastic new staff and installed additional phone lines to handle the increased volume in calls.  This will also help us to meet our goal of answering all phone calls within two rings.”
Best of Suffolk is using technological advances to measure customer satisfaction.  Six months ago it moved to a new independent online feedback service and currently has an impressive average feedback score of 99% for the quality of its service.
