Set in the beautiful Suffolk Heritage coast, on the northern banks of the River Deben, Green Point Granary is ideally situated on the Bawdsey peninsula with many beautiful villages, beaches and wildlife havens to explore.
The Granary, which benefits from panoramic views of the estuary and distant sea, comfortably sleeps six on the ground floor with a bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room; second bedroom with zip and link beds and bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a family bathroom. The open plan lounge and spacious, well equipped kitchen are on the first floor; where guests can enjoy the stunning views to the full from the balcony.
Guests at this detached, self catering holiday cottage can enjoy the use of the heated swimming pool (in season), tennis court, extensive parkland and estate footpaths.
The large kitchen/dining room, with vaulted ceiling and velux windows allowing light to stream in, has a south west facing balcony with steps leading down to the patio and garden. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with an electric induction hob, oven, microwave and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and water filter on tap.
The front door opens into a hall with doors to the three bedrooms and bathroom leading off, together with stairs leading to the reception rooms on the first floor. The house has stunning oak floors throughout with a stair carpet runner.
