Flexible Cancellation Terms
We understand in times like these you’re looking for a little reassurance. It’s why we’re clear about our flexible cancellation terms as well as having our Terms and Conditions available to view and agree to before booking. That way, you know exactly where you stand in the event of not being able to travel.
Within 24 Hours of Booking
You will receive a 100% refund if your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
24 Hours After Booking – Covid-19 Restrictions
If Covid-19 restrictions means travel is no longer permitted, we will issue you with a voucher credit, valid for a new booking at the same property for use before 31 December 2021.
24 Hours After Booking – No Covid-19 Restrictions
If there are no restrictions, but you feel you don’t want to travel, we will try to re-sell the dates for you. If we fully resell the dates, you will then receive a refund for the amount you have paid minus the booking and cancellation fee.
We recommend taking out Booking Protect cover with all bookings as standard.
