Best of Suffolk – We’re Good to Go!
We are delighted to announce that Best of Suffolk have been officially ‘Good to Go’ since 4 July 2020 onward!
As part of the Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go’ campaign, Best of Suffolk have demonstrated we’re following all the necessary guidelines to have opened from 4 July and operate safely.
According to the Visit Britain website, “The ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and supporting mark means businesses across the sector can demonstrate that they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and check they have the required processes in place.”
So you can rest assured and book with confidence with Best of Suffolk. We’re Good to Go!
We’ve put together our enhanced cleaning guidelines, provided by The Professional Association of Self Caterers UK (PASCUK). To take a look in further details, they can be viewed here;
NHS Test and Trace
In order to re-open safely, it is now a legal requirement in both England and Wales for hospitality businesses to record names and contact details for all guests aged 16 and over, as part of the NHS Test and Trace program.
Whilst we have the details of the lead booker, we now need to ask you to provide us with the names and contact details of your party.
We’ve made this as simple as possible, by creating a simple online, secure form for you to complete ahead of your stay.
The data is securely stored and only used for NHS Test and Trace purposes. Your details are not passed to any third parties or used for marketing purposes. These details need to be retained for 21 days and will thereafter be deleted.
NHS Test and Trace QR Code Poster
In line with legislation, our holiday properties each have an NHS Test and Trace QR Code Poster, which we encourage you to use to ‘check in’ to the venue during your stay. For more information about the NHS Covid-19 App, or the QR Code Posters, please take a look at the NHS Test and Trace website;
