Social distancing regulations have now eased in England, and we can look forward to holidaying in Suffolk with complete freedom, whilst respecting those around us.
For peace of mind, our housekeepers will continue to deliver the enhanced cleaning measures (please see below for more details) and your booking is covered by our Covid-19 Refund Policy, providing reassurance should restrictions change.

We understand in times like these you’re looking for a little reassurance. It’s why we’re clear about our Covid-19 refund policy as well as having our Terms and Conditions available to view and agree to before booking. That way, you know exactly where you stand in the event of not being able to travel.
Our Covid-19 Refund Policy has been checked and approved by the CMA and Trading Standards, so you can rest assured and book with confidence at Best of Suffolk.
For all bookings affected by Covid-19 Government restrictions on travel, these are the options open to you;
- Re-booking the same property for a future set of dates until the end of 2022, without any administration charge.
- Receive a voucher credit for the full value of the booking for a future stay at the same property, to be taken by the end of 2022.
- Cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
Best of Suffolk – We’re Good to Go!
We are delighted to announce that Best of Suffolk have been officially ‘Good to Go’ since 4 July 2020!
As part of the Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go’ campaign, Best of Suffolk have demonstrated we’re following all the necessary guidelines to have opened from 4 July and operate safely.
According to the Visit Britain website, “The ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and supporting mark means businesses across the sector can demonstrate that they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and check they have the required processes in place.”
So you can rest assured and book with confidence with Best of Suffolk. We’re Good to Go!

Best of Suffolk do not sell holiday insurance, but we strongly advise our guests to make arrangements to take out the necessary cover. Often your credit or debit card company will cover some or all of the circumstances which may lead to a cancellation of your holiday, but it’s best to check and if not make alternative arrangements.
Best of Suffolk work in partnership with Booking Protect, a third party organisation that offer a refund protection cover.
