UPDATED: 25/03/2021

As a truly local, independent business, the safety of our guests, clients, team and local communities are our priority.

The latest Downing Street briefing has confirmed the country is in a National Lockdown until a review on 05/04/2021.  Holiday lets are predicted to re-open on 12 April subject to the green light in the review the week before.

Under National Lockdown restrictions, we must all ‘Stay at Home’.  This means overnight stays are not permitted, as is non-essential travel.  Our holiday properties are already closed and will remain closed until advised it is safe to re-open by the Government.  There are a number of exemptions as to why we can still accommodate certain bookings, such as those for keyworkers, laid out clearly on the Government website.

Due to the volume of bookings affected by the restrictions, we will prioritise queries based on holiday start dates. Our dedicated team will be working incredibly hard to respond to all queries as quickly as we can but please bear with us at this busy time. Your patience is appreciated.

Existing Bookings up to 11 April 2021

If you have a booking due to arrive before the above date, and do not fall into any of the exemptions set out on the Governments website such as accommodation for keyworkers, your booking will need to be cancelled and rearranged as travel and overnight stays are not permitted during a National Lockdown.

We are in the process of contacting guests whose bookings are now affected by the latest restrictions by email.  However, it remains the responsibility of guests to ensure they are following Government guidance.

We are upholding guidelines from the CMA and Trading Standards.  If your planned booking cannot take place between now and 11 April 2021 because of the Covid-19 restrictions there are a number of options available to you, including;

  • Re-booking for a future set of dates until the end of 2022, without any administration charge.
  • Receive a voucher credit for the full value of the booking for a future stay at the same property, to be taken by the end of 2022.

NHS Test and Trace

In order to re-open safely, it is now a legal requirement in both England and Wales for hospitality businesses to record names and contact details for all guests aged 16 and over, as part of the NHS Test and Trace program.

Whilst we have the details of the lead booker, we now need to ask you to provide us with the names and contact details of your party.

We’ve made this as simple as possible, by creating a simple online, secure form for you to complete ahead of your stay.

SUBMIT TEST AND TRACE INFORMATION

The data is securely stored and only used for NHS Test and Trace purposes. Your details are not passed to any third parties or used for marketing purposes. These details need to be retained for 21 days and will thereafter be deleted.

NHS Test and Trace QR Code Poster

In line with legislation, our holiday properties each have an NHS Test and Trace QR Code Poster, which we encourage you to use to ‘check in’ to the venue during your stay.  For more information about the NHS Covid-19 App, or the QR Code Posters, please take a look at the NHS Test and Trace website;
