1 Eversley Court is a truly beautiful modern mews house located in the heart of Southwold, just a short walk from the wonderful idyllic high street, sandy beach and open common. The property has been refurbished to offer a spacious holiday home for four guests. Spread across two floors, with a spacious kitchen/dining/living area and cloakroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms, en-suite and family bathroom on the first floor. Eversley Court was formerly known as Eversley School until the late 1990's, where it was then converted into wonderful mews houses and apartments. The developers have ensured that period features such as the expansive windows and high ceilings have been retained. Ground Floor Entering into the spacious entrance hall with high vaulted ceilings. Hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor. Kitchen The kitchen is a beautiful light and spacious room with high vaulted ceilings, offering a modern kitchen with all of the mod-con's needed to cook up a storm. Within the kitchen is an electric double oven with four ring gas hob and extractor fan above, an under-counter fridge, under-counter freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
