    Great accomodation in a prime location super kitchen huge fridge and freezer (Ideal) for large party, nice lounge area with large screen TV, all in all a great dormer/ bungalow very clean lovely sea view from the first floor, an outside bar b q would have been welcomed, hot tub was great unfortunately didn't pick up the "leaving" e mail till we had left maybe a good idea to send it with the key collection details, slight issue with water waste from showers /bath nothing major reported to ...

It’s simply that if guests don’t let us know , obviously we can’t address things, I’m always available to help , I will make that clear in the guest book! We have had a bbq in the past but unfortunately it wasn’t always left clean which in a 5 hour turnaround caused us issues, I will however leave some disposable bbq’s in the storage box ! The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk Sunrise coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border with some of the finest sandy beaches in the area, with a range of attractions for all of the family. From the traditional Victorian Seafront Gardens and donkey rides on the beach to the modern roller skating rink at Claremont Pier and Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park with its spectacular rides.
