    “We enjoyed our stay.”

It was a brilliant location and having a parking space was reassuring although we didn’t use it as Aldeburgh was quiet and we could park opposite. Notes for the owners to consider. 1. There should be handrails for the bath/ shower. An accident waiting to happen. Nothing to hold onto when getting out of the bath/ shower. Low step into the bathroom was a trip hazard. A note/ sign to draw your attention to this. 2.The bed has a winter duvet. 3. The kitchen pedal bin smells and needs a good ...

Front door inside knob came off several times. 6. The soft furnishings are tired.

Hi there, sorry for the problems you have had. 1. There should be full details of the bathroom in the property details and with your booking alerting you to the bathroom access issues and the high step in and out. I will raise again with Best of Suffolk if that’s not the case. 2. The duvet is a medium tog. 3. I am sorry about this - it is cleaned and disinfected after each visit so not sure of the reason for this. 4. There are 6 mugs provided at the property. They are on the dresser along with the plates etc. 5. This is a repeated problem, which we have fixed several times but is a problem in a listed building. It is also a communal area used by other residents. We will be trying again! 6. I am sorry you felt they were tired. They are of excellent quality and not that old. We will review. Property Owner
