Paul “A Loo brush & a mop/squeezy would be useful.”
First is obvious & second if any muddy dog footprints need cleaning. The mini hoover, & small dustpan & brush provided are no use if the floor gets dirty.

Ian “We have stayed many times with Sykes Cottages but it was the first at Best of Suffolk and very disappointing we have sent a complaint to them as we had to call them in a very stressful start to the holiday over little things that cause big problems.”
This could have been solved by a bit more attention to detail - we would recommend Sykes but not Best of Suffolk-> dirty dining chairs, units not cleaned, no bin bags, cleaning fluids surface wipes/ cloths, loose toilet seat, no manual for TV or instructions for hob, rug with loose ends that moved a bit dangerous. Bed very comfortable, good kitchen facilities and parking quiet location - little things let it down & not follow BEST !!!!of Suffolk aims A few leaflets about the area are usually left for visitors
- Ian, July 2023Alan “Good facilities.”
More cupboard and wardrobe space and a washing machine would be useful. A good base for visiting Aldeburgh and Southwold. The projector and Sky were good at night but not so good during the day especially when the sun was shining. The projector needs tightening up so that the top of the picture could be seen. We would have preferred a smart TV. Overlooked by the owner's property. Okay for us as the owner was away.
- Alan, July 2023Dianne “This is a really nice light and airy feeling property set up as a single living space with use of the owners garden.”
The property is private but is overlooked by the owners and as there are floor to ceiling windows I would advise renters to consider the need to dress or use robes before opening curtains / blinds

- Jeffrey, June 2023Ronald “The open plan apartment was very large, beautifully furnished and presented.”
The bed was very comfortable. The location close to Woodbridge was ideal for access to the Suffolk coast. We loved everything about it. The projecting tv was a bonus.
