“A very well appointed and modern appartment situated in a pretty little village within easy distance of Martlesham Heath where there is a large estate housing multiple large retailers.”

There is a village shop open 9.30 to 12noon. There is an excellent Neff cooker and Hob which combines a micro wave oven. A stand alone microwave is also provided. Four issues in my humble opinion. 1)The information provided re bin collection is a little vague. Collection dates are to be found on the Suffolk refuse collection site, it would be helpful if this was printed off and left in the welcome pack. This issue had been raised by other people staying at the property, resulting in the bins not being emptied at all. 2)There is a large rug on the floor which is a trip hazzard. It rides up all the time and it will not be long before an accident occurs. Several people have highlighted this fact in the visitors book. 3) A 4 slice toaster is a must. A 2 slice toaster is no good for a family of 4. Even as a couple one person has to wait to use it whilst toast is provided for the second person. 4) No instructions provided on what to do with bedding ,towels etc. Did we enjoy our holiday yes we did and I would stay here again despite what I have said. Suffolk is a beautiful county with picturesque quaint villages and seaside resorts.

“We loved our stay at Meadow View which is the perfect place to explore the stunning Suffolk coast and countryside.”

The property is brand new so has a lovely, warm and cosy feel and comes really well equipped. Also special mention to the beds which were seriously comfy. Lots of good nights sleep all round! Will definitely stay again.

Meadow View is a brand-new, idyllic, first floor self-catering cart lodge located near Woodbridge. This two bedroom property boasts an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite. In addition there is private parking. Meadow View is located in a village called Bredfield; in very close proximity to the market towns of Woodbridge, Wickham Market and Framlingham, as well as excellent access to the Suffolk coast. First Floor Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing area, with open plan kitchen/sitting/dining area to your left, and the two bedrooms and bathroom to your right. Open Plan Area A fantastic social space for the whole party to come together and enjoy some quality time, whether it's cooking up a storm in the kitchen, enjoying those culinary delights in the dining area, or just enjoying some down time in the sitting area. Kitchen The stylish modern contrasting navy kitchen spreads across the length of the room, offering ample space for the chef of the party to produce those culinary delights. The owners have carefully equipped the kitchen with everything you need for your stay, these include two Neff electric ovens, four ring induction hob with extractor fan above, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Dining Area Meadow View benefits from two seating areas. The kitchen has been designed to feature a fantastic breakfast bar area, with the addition of a marble circular dining table with four chairs. Sitting Area The open plan area is a space for your whole party to come together and enjoy quality time together. The sitting area in particular offers space to sit back and relax on the sumptuous corner sofa. A 50'' Smart HD TV has been provided for your entertainment. Bedroom 1 Offering a tranquil space to retreat to after a busy day exploring Suffolk. This room offers a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a built in cupboard with hanging space and chest of drawers for your belongings. A wall mounted TV has been provided for guests to enjoy. En-Suite Shower Room A modern shower suite awaits, with walk in shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom 2 Suitable for both adults and children, with two full size single beds with bedside tables and lamps. There is a chest of drawers for your belongings. Bathroom Grab yourself a glass of wine and good book and enjoy a long soak in the P-shaped bath. This room features a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC. Woodbridge is a historic riverside market town boasting an outstanding selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The town has been famous for boatbuilding, rope and sail making since the Middle Ages. The working tide mill is a major attraction and a must visit for anyone staying in the area. The River Deben runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to the National Trust site of Sutton Hoo. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year and is a wonderful place to visit.
