“A lovely studio.”

Small but perfectly formed! Thank you for the Prosecco- lovely and dry. The owner kindly helped me twice when I picked up the wrong key and locked myself out of the front of the house! Bella the lurcher enjoyed herself too.

“We had a wonderful stay.”

My husband is disabled and has lost some movement in his right side, however he managed well with his stick. We took our own shower chair. I’ve got to say that the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very modern and beautifully decorated.

“Studio was lovely and ideally situated.”

Would ideally suit small dog as yard cramped, though adequate given time spent there. Could have done with extra bin bags and a proper vacuum would have been handy but given the limited space... but small issues. Overall a really enjoyable stay and would recommend.

The Stables Studio is a wonderful single-storey holiday property, positioned in the iconic coastal town of Aldeburgh, positioned on a private road in a central location, just moments from the vibrant High Street and beach. The Stables Studio is the perfect bolt-hole for couples looking to explore all that Aldeburgh and the surrounding towns and villages have to offer. The property offer single-storey accommodation, with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining room, a step then leads you up to the bedroom with the shower room located at the rear of the property. There is a private courtyard garden with seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Ground Floor Enter up a step through the side door, into the sophisticated open plan living space, with high ceilings, automatic velux windows with black out blinds and beautiful wooden effect flooring, leading up to the chic bedroom with attractive en-suite shower room. Kitchen/Dining/Living Space The perfect space to sit back and relax. The beautiful bold contemporary kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a storm, with an electric oven with four ring electric hob and extractor fan above, integrated fridge with icebox freezer, slim dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso Krups coffee machine (This machine takes Nespresso Altissio pods). There is a breakfast bar with two adjustable stools for you to sit and enjoy your meals. The living space is a comfortable area to enjoy, with a large two-seater sofa, separate arm chair, two side tables, decorative lamps and a large slate coffee table. There will be a wall mounted TV for your entertainment. Light streams through the automatic large velux windows, which can be opened, or the blackout blinds closed to create a cosier feel in the evenings. Bedroom Located up a step from the open plan living space is this bright and airy elegant bedroom with high ceiling, feature wall, and automatic velux window complete with black out blind. This room offers a peaceful ambience with a calming mixture of textures ad colours. It is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables with wall fixed spot lamps, chest of drawers and directors chair. There is then a wardrobe in the living area for extra storage. Shower Room A sliding door from the bedroom leads through to the shower room, with a large rain fall shower with separate hand held shower attachment, wash basin with mirror and lighting above, WC and heated towel rail. Outside With a slight step from the bedroom, a paved path leads down to a small courtyard garden with seating, the perfect location to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine. Crescent road offers unrestricted parking, there is also a parking space located outside The Stables Studio.

The popular, vibrant seaside town of Aldeburgh is famous for its culture, traditional feel and one of the best fish and chip shops in the country! Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are home to one of the world’s greatest music festivals and has been named as one of the top 50 places to live in Britain. Crag Path runs along the seafront dividing the beautiful pebbly beach from the unspoilt pastel-coloured seafront properties and the town. The beach is a popular place for groups and couples to enjoy the wonderful fish and chips throughout the summer months. The town is steeped in history and has become a wonderful town for shopping with a good mixture of independent and chain stores to enjoy. The town also offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants or why not buy some freshly caught fish from the huts on the seafront and cook up your own feast at home. For those wishing for a more action-packed holiday there is excellent walking, cycling, sailing and golf at Aldeburgh. Growing in popularity you will want to return to Aldeburgh again and again!
