    “We enjoyed our stay at the Shepherds hut very much It is so well equipped and comfortable that although the weather turned cold we were warm and cosy inside The owner is easily contactable and happy to ensure we had all we needed including a very nice welcome pack .”

    The hut stands in its own garden and only the sound of birds singing wakes you up .We had a lovely week exploring the area and great meals in the local pubs .I will recommend it to my friends and to anyone who wants to slow down and just take it easy .

The location is ideal for walkers or cyclists looking to enjoy the Suffolk Countryside and coastal positions. There is a footpath located directly from the property. Wooden steps lead up into the spacious shepherds hut accommodating two guests, with living/dining/bedroom area, and a separate shower room. No expense has been spared with this luxurious holiday home, with beautiful oak flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen worktops, antique furnishings and Emma Bridgewater tablewear. Kitchen/Dining/Bedroom The Shepherds Hut has all you need for an idyllic break away to relax and unwind. The hut has been designed to create a space that follows beautifully, create a comfortable abode to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm in the comfort of the hut, complete with full size Bosch electric oven, double electric hob, fridge with icebox freezer, Nespresso Coffee Machine, kettle and toaster. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with beautiful quartz worktop using the Emma Bridgewater tablewear overlooking the idyllic garden space, sitting comfortably on the stools with sheep skin coverings. Sit back on the comfortable sofa with your drink of choice and enjoy the TV or open up the doors and enjoy the views on offer. In the summer months the windows or stable door can be opened to bring the outside in, but in the winter months the blinds can be drawn and the wood-burner lit to create the perfect cosy space, complete with decorate lighting. Bedroom The luxurious king size bed with simba mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding and 200 year old Florentine antique headboard is position to the end of the hut and has a vast amount of storage space beneath for your belongings. Imagine lying in bed in the morning, looking out across the garden space, listening to the birds and enjoying the relaxing space. A beautiful stained glass window has been installed, offering a warm glow as the sun shine's. Shower Room This perfectly designed space has a large walk in shower with travertine tiles, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and vanity unit with Quartz top. Outside Utopia boasts a truly idyllic garden mainly laid to lawn, with a simply stunning water feature in the middle. The BBQ area has been created to cook up a storm and enjoy dining alfresco. Why not simply sit back with a good book and enjoy the sun loungers on offer with a parasol to offer some shade. Parking is available in a designated parking area located outside the gardens of Utopia.
