Bugg Cottage is a beautiful cottage nestled in Levington near Felixstowe in Suffolk. This welcoming property offers gorgeously presented accommodation for family and friends to come together. Leading from the hallway is the large sitting/dining room, cloak room and kitchen. Stairs from the sitting room lead to the landing, with three bedrooms and bathroom. There is also a small, secluded front patio with outdoor seating and BBQ, a perfect spot for dining alfresco. Ground Floor Entering through the beautiful stable door into the entrance hall. A mixture of hard flooring and carpet run throughout the ground floor. Sitting/Dining Room Sit back and relax in this beautiful room, complete with two three-seater sofa's with a 50'' Smart TV. There is a cosy corner space with two armchairs and coffee table, and ideal space to enjoy a good book. Nestled between the kitchen and sitting area is the wooden dining table comfortably seating six. Kitchen A light and spacious kitchen, perfect for cooking all of the culinary delights. With everything you need, including a double oven with four ring ceramic hob, slim-line dishwasher, 50/50 fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a handy breakfast bar with two stools, a great spot for someone to keep you company whilst cooking. Cloakroom With wash basin and WC. First Floor Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing. Bedroom One Looking out towards the River Orwell and Port of Felixstowe. This sumptuous room offers a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a freestanding hanging rail with basket for your belongs. Sit and relax on the sofa whilst making the most of the views on offer. Bathroom Grab a book and glass of wine and enjoy a soak in the freestanding bath. In addition the bathroom offers a walk in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom Two Located at the front of the cottage, this room offers a double bed, freestanding hanging rail with mirror above and chair. Bedroom Three Perfect for both adults and friends to enjoy, this room offers two full-size single beds with bedside table and lamp. There is a chest of drawers for your belongings. Outside A small wrap around patio offers a space to sit back and dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ. There is a space for a small car to parking on the drive, however there is space a short walk from the property to park in addition.
