In the centre of Bury St Edmunds you’ll find Moyse’s Hall Museum, a beautiful medieval building in which you’ll find anything from a medieval jewellery to portraits by England’s first professional female painter. Bury St Edmunds also boasts Britain’s only surviving Regency theatre, The Theatre Royal, and The Apex, an outstanding live music venue that has been played by the likes of John Williams, Eddi Reader, and From The Jam!
