Alex, Naomi, Tim and Annette from Best of Suffolk took part in the Woodbridge 10k road race on Sunday. The 10k, in it’s 36th year, welcomes runners of all standards, including those on their first 10k run to marathon runners, and a junior fun run for the younger enthusiasts.
They were cheered on through the course, two laps of Woodbridge by a large crowd of supporters. All four of the team thoroughly enjoyed the day, ending up on the Market Hill with friends and family after the race.
Alex and Naomi were running as part of the Team Galley and hosted by the owner Ugur Vater, pre and post the race including a delicious lunch.
The Woodbridge 10k has a real community feel to it with runners joining forces to support each other and places selling out in minutes. This year’s event generated £11,000 for it’s chosen charities.
Well done to Alex, Naomi, Tim and Annette on completing the Woodbridge 10k and we look forward to you beating your times next year and participation of colleagues!
