There’s a large flat screen High Definition TV with FreeSat and a Blue-Ray/DVD/CD player, an iPod docking station, oatmeal colour carpet and a bay window with views up and down Aldeburgh’s historic high street.
Dining room: There’s a modern ash table and six chairs, an original fireplace (not in use), a tiled floor and a sash window looking out to the pretty patio garden.

A small hallway from the dining room leads to the stairs and a cloakroom.
