Suffolk holiday accommodation close to Aldeburgh.

Set in the grounds of a magnificent mediaeval farmhouse deep in the Suffolk countryside Twosome, as the name suggests is the perfect pad for couples looking to escape for a while...its beamed interior and cosy bedroom all point to rural relaxation, while outside there is a beautiful cottage garden to relax in with a book and a glass of wine!  Close by are numerous pretty Suffolk villages with traditional pubs to discover and country walks abound - the Suffolk coast, with the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh is a short drive away.

Guest arriving at Packway Farm drive up the gravel drive and park right outside Twosome, which has a door into the living, kitchen, dining room, which leads on to the bathroom beyond with stairs to the bedroom above.

GROUND FLOOR: The front door leads into the spacious open plan living area. 

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING ROOM:  This cosy space has a sitting area with a sofa and an armchair, a dining area with a small square dining table seating two. The kitchen is fitted to the corner of the room where there is a Belfast sink, an integrated electric hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a washing machine.  Near the stairs is a wardrobe as the ceilings in the upstairs bedroom does not accommodate hanging space.

BATHROOM:  Off the kitchen is the bathroom, which has a bath, a hand basin and a W.C.

FIRST FLOOR:  At the back of the living space there is a set of angled stairs leading into the bedroom with curtains to close off the opening.

BEDROOM 1: A lovely beamed room with vaulted sloping ceilings, a double bed, matching bedside tables with lamps, and a chest of drawers.

OUTSIDE:  There is off-road parking and a large garden to the front of the cottage.  Outside there is a bench and a barbeque available for enjoying on beautiful days.

The property is two miles from the historic town of Halesworth which has the New Cut Art centre - which offers music, dance, comedy and cinema, a number of pubs - one of which is the 16th Century Angel Inn, restaurants and a supermarket. The beautiful historic close is just a short drive away, including the sandy beach at Southwold and picturesque Walberswick (both around 20 mins drive). 

Henham Park is only 10 minutes away where they hold the annual Latitude Festival in July - this is one of Suffolk's biggest events where thousands come together to enjoy live music and artistic talents.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

Twosome is equipped with electric heating and appliances include a TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player, and a CD player with an iPod docking station. The kitchen appliances include an integrated electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine.  There is painted wood flooring in living/kitchen/dining area and bathroom, in the bedroom is natural coir carpeting. Wifi is also available.

A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
