Self catering three bedroom luxury holiday cottage
Seawall Cottage, High St, Aldeburgh
This modern cottage at 65 High Street Aldeburgh has a comfortable interior with light and airy décor making it ideal for family holidays.
Upstairs are three good-sized bedrooms: a double bedroom with a brass bedstead; a twin bedroom overlooking the pretty patio garden and a third bedroom sleeping one in a single bed, with a travel cot also available.
This cottage has a generous number of bath/shower rooms - the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and w.c., and next door is a family shower room with shower, washbasin and w.c. A further shower room is located downstairs with shower, washbasin and w.c.
On the ground floor, the living/dining room has patio doors leading to the garden and a partly glass roof allows extra natural light into the room. The three piece suite and dining table both comfortably sit up to four adults and a TV, DVD player and CD player are provided for your use.
The galley kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for a further two people and good cupboard and work surface space.
Outside a pretty patio garden at the rear catches the afternoon and evening sunshine whilst at the front of the property there is parking for up to two small cars at a squeeze.
About the area
Seawall Cottage is located at the north end of Aldeburgh's High Street, close to the cinema and popular Lighthouse restaurant. The rest of Aldeburgh's shops, restaurants and art galleries are a short stroll away and the beach is around 150 yards from the house.
What's included?
Rental prices include bed linen and towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The property is equipped with gas central heating, a wood burning stove (with wood provided during the winter months), TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a phone for incoming calls only.
There is off-road car parking for up to two small cars in a garage and on the drive.
Restrictions: Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers permitted at the property. The owner feels this cottage may not be suitable for active toddlers and if you require more information contact info@bestofsuffolk.co.uk.
Tariff
£430 to £790 a week depending on the time of year. Short breaks available when there is late availability.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
