The area surrounding Wisteria Cottage is very peaceful and is a perfect spot for bird watchers and walkers with four footpaths on its immediate doorstep, two directly from the property itself. With bright and comfortable decor throughout, this property provides a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break.

You are welcomed into Wisteria Cottage through the front door, which leads straight onto the cosy living room, open plan kitchen and breakfast area, the dining area, the utilitity room, the single bedroom and the shower room. Up a flight of carpeted stairs to the first floor is the family bathroom, the master bedroom and the twin bedroom. Outside the rear of the property is a lovely garden, whilst outisde the front is off-road parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.

GROUND FLOOR: The property is entered through the front door into the living room.

LIVING ROOM: The calming and spacious living room features two comfortable three seater sofas, a flat screen TV with built in DVD player plus SKY digital channels, a beauitful wood burning stove and a coffee table.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST AREA: The interesting open plan kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, a large range style Aga oven with electric 4 ring hobs and a slimline dishwasher. The open plan breakfast area in the middle of the room, features a black marblesque table with seating for up to 4 guests.

DINING ROOM: The cosy dining room features a long oak table with seating for up to six guests.

UTILITY ROOM: The utility room features a washing machine and tumble dryer.

BEDROOM 1: The single bedroom has a single bed and a chest of drawers for storage.

SHOWER ROOM: The shower room has an impressive drench shower, W.C. and hand basin.

FIRST FLOOR: A flight of oak stairs leads you up to the first floor.

BEDROOM 2: The master bedroom features a king size bed and a large wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.

BEDROOM 3: The twin bedroom features a twin beds and a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.

FAMILY BATHROOM: The family bathroom features a shower over a bath, W.C. and hand basin.

OUTSIDE: At the rear of the property is the back garden and at the front is off-road parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This Suffolk self-catering country holiday cottage is equipped with a wood burning stove, and oil-fired central heating. Appliances include a flat screen TV with SKY channels and DVD player, WiFi broadband, large range style Aga oven with an electric four-ring hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, a microwave and a large fridge-freezer.

A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

Snape is one of east Suffolk's most sought after villages, famous for the Maltings, which have been developed into the home of the Aldeburgh Festival and are now the host for a renowned calendar of music events, but also surrounding the concert hall are many boutique shops – and there are many beautiful walks along the River Alde and a pub, the Plough and Sail to visit. The village of Snape has two excellent pubs, The Golden Key and Crown, both within walking distance of the cottage, and there is also the famous Sailors Path, a wonderful 4 mile walk towards Aldeburgh – highly recommended.

Aldeburgh and Orford are both a short drive away and offer a wide range of excellent restaurants and cultural attractions, which in the case of Aldeburgh includes golf, sailing and arts festivals and with Orford Ruth Watson's excellent Crown and Castle, the Butley Oysterage and Orford Ness are all well worth visiting.

A well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking. Children are welcome.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
