Stable Studio, a ground floor studio apartment, has been tastefully furnished to provide easy universal access, with zip and link bed giving guests the option of superking or twin beds. Within easy reach of excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes the studio also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area if you choose to eat at home, as well as a charming private patio with table and chairs reached through a stable door . The spacious ensuite wet room has a walk in shower and has universal access.
The open plan holiday accommodation is located in a landscaped south facing courtyard, shared with the neighbouring properties, where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful rural location of Mollett’s Farm. The farm is surrounded by fields, with ample parking, and easy access to the A12.
Stable Studio is located next to Granary Cottage, and other Suffolk holiday cottages available for holiday letting at Mollett's Farm, and would be ideal to book in conjunction with for breaks with friends for a maximum of 20 people – please contact our customer service team for details.

Cleverly designed and furnished the room has a tiled floor throughout and windows to the east and west giving light throughout the day. There are zip and link beds giving the option of super king or twin beds with bedside tables with lamps, a bucket chair, chest of drawers and cabinets storing crockery and glassware.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a slimline dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, electric oven and induction hob. A gate leg table can be opened up to give dining space with two chairs and flat screen TV above – ideal for watching the news over breakfast!
A stable door opens to a west facing paved private patio with bistro style table and chairs.
Large with corner shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver socket, the room is fully ADM compliant.
Mollett’s Farm is set back from the A12 up a long drive in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields. There is ample parking and Stable Studio is one of six studios and cottages located in a landscaped south facing courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy the setting.
Additionally the studio has a private patio with bistro style table and chairs, giving privacy and afternoon/evening sun!
Bikes storage is provided.
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
This comfortable semi-detached self-catering holiday studio is equipped with underfloor heating and appliances include a TV with FreeSat HD+, DVD player, and ipod docking station. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric induction hob, oven, microwave and grill, fridge with freezer compartment and slimline dishwasher.
A fully equipped laundry is available for guests’ use with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also additional freezer space should you need it.
A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
Mollett’s Farm is perfectly placed for a stay in the glorious Suffolk countryside, just a short walk across fields to Friday Street Farm Shop and Cafe. Stunning landscapes filled with forests, sweeping arable farmland and a coast woven with enchanting estuaries make Suffolk a favourite as there is something for everyone!
Close to the sea, the picturesque towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Walberswick with their excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs and independent cinema and shops are all minutes away, as is the world-renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall. The market towns of Framlingham with it’s Norman castle, Orford or Woodbridge offer history and stylish shopping.
The region is ideal for walkers, cyclists, sailors and golfers as well, of course, as twitchers with the famous RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve, a haven for bird and deer lovers!
