It's an ideal location from which to explore Suffolk's country footpaths and country lanes to the pretty villages and market towns towards the Suffolk Heritage Coast, a short 15 minutes away. A variety of footpaths lead from the village out over open fields and for cyclists, bikes can be stored in the enclosed back garden. Walkers will appreciate the well equipped utility room for storing outdoor clothes and boots. A dog is welcome at this property – see note.

The very well presented family friendly self-catering Suffolk country holiday cottage is on two floors – on the ground floor is a large kitchen, a spacious living room with a wood burning stove, a separate dining room, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms (two super kings and one twin) and each has a TV and a DVD player, an en suite shower room and a family bathroom. Outside is a pretty patio back garden, overlooking the church and two two allocated parking spaces.
