If you’re in need of an outing there are plenty of places to explore within easy reach – the historic town of Eye, quaint market town of Diss and coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, with plenty of off road parking when you come home.
With French doors opening directly onto the west facing deck overlooking the pond, this is the ideal spot to relax and unwind, soaking up the peace and quiet, with an effective log effect gas burner to keep the chill off the evenings.
The room’s furnished with a comfy sofa, bistro style table and chairs for meals and eclectic mix of side tables with TV and iPod docking station. The kitchen’s equipped with an electric oven, four rings, fridge with ice compartment, free standing microwave and coffee machine.
Wake to the dawn chorus in this charming bedroom with window overlooking the pond and fields beyond. Carpeted stairs rise directly from the living room to this galleried room with there’s an attractive double size bed with bedside cabinets, deep armchair enticing you to relax with a good book, wardrobe with shelf and a chair.

A path leads to the lovely seclude west facing deck overlooking a large pond where you can while away the hours with French doors opening directly into the living space. There's a table and chairs, bench and a BBQ to encourage you to enjoy meals outside by the pond which has an backdrop of a wildflower meadow in summer and features water lilies, dragonflies.
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome gift to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
This traditional semi-detached self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with central heating plus an attractive gas fired log burner. Appliances include a TV with FreeSat, Wifi and iPod docking station. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, hob with four rings, freestanding microwave and coffee machine. There's a BBQ for spring and summer use.

One well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking. The owners have a dog and there are free-range chickens around the cottage so please keep your dog tethered when outside.
There is only a simple fence between the deck and pond so that you can fully enjoy the view but please take care of your footing.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
