You are welcomed into Ferry Cottage through the spacious hallway, which leads onto the relaxing living room, the open plan kitchen and dining area and the utility room. A flight of carpeted stairs, with oak and glass banisters, will reveal the first floor, where three king size bedrooms are featured, all with lavish en-suites, an excitingly decorated bunk bedroom ideal for children with a secret hideaway mezzanine and the family bathroom.
Outside the rear of the property is the pretty patio, which is accessed just beyond the dining area. Outside the front of the property is a verge to the left side of the road for 2 cars on a first come first served basis and on-road parking.
Ground Floor: The property is entered through the bright hallway.
Living Room: The cosy living room features two 2 seater leather sofas, a comfortable 4 seater sofa, a leather bean bag, a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a wood burning stove.
Kitchen/Dining area: The well-appointed open plan kitchen features a large Smegg fridge/freezer, a Dualit kettle, a Dualit toaster, coffee maker, microwave, a large Aga range style oven, an electric oven with ceramic 4 ring hobs, a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a dishwasher. The open plan dining area opposite features a long oak table with seating for up to 8 guests.
Patio: The pretty patio is accessed through French doors from the dining area and features a table with seating for up to 8 guests.

This self catering holiday cottage in Southwold is located a short walk from the town's popular shops, cafes and delis.
The sandy beach at Southwold is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end the town boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries.
There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the harbour. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery and the town's excellent pubs include one of our personal favourites, The Lord Nelson where you can try a range of Adnams bitters.
