You are welcomed into Edinburgh House through the front door which leads straight on to the open plan living area, dining area and kitchen area. A flight of spiral stairs takes you to the first floor where there is the bunk bedroom and twin bedroom, and a further short flight of stairs takes you to the two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Outside the front of the property are amazing sea and beach views, with unrestricted on road parking featured just outside the front of the property.
Ground Floor: The property is entered through the front door which leads immediately onto the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Living/Kitchen/Dining area: The open plan living area features two plush leather two seater sofas, a grand piano, a three seater sofa and an iPod docking station. A flat screen TV with Freesat channels is featured in a snug alcove near the stairs.
