With fantastic views of the nearby beach and sea, including being located close to local amenities, this property offers a relaxing and enjoyable break.

You are welcomed into Edinburgh House through the front door which leads straight on to the open plan living area, dining area and kitchen area. A flight of spiral stairs takes you to the first floor where there is the bunk bedroom and twin bedroom, and a further short flight of stairs takes you to the two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Outside the front of the property are amazing sea and beach views, with unrestricted on road parking featured just outside the front of the property.

Ground Floor: The property is entered through the front door which leads immediately onto the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

Living/Kitchen/Dining area: The open plan living area features two plush leather two seater sofas, a grand piano, a three seater sofa and an iPod docking station. A flat screen TV with Freesat channels is featured in a snug alcove near the stairs. The well-appointed open plan kitchen features a large Smeg fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas hob, a large electric fan oven, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. The open plan dining area opposite features a black oak table with seating for up to 8 guests. The dining area is separated by the living area with a set of columns. Throughout the open plan living, kitchen and dining area is unique and bright decor that really captures the charisma of the property, and includes great sea views.

First Floor: A flight of pure white wooden stairs leads you up to the first floor.

Sorry, no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property. Please note that during the summer months of July and August, Crag Path can be noisy during the evenings.

A well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our terms and conditions. Children are welcome.

Please be advised that the neighbouring property currently has scaffolding in Edinburgh House's garden, and building will be taking place there intermittently.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
